STNY-108 Pesticide Freeze-Thaw Stability Tester High-Performance Pharmaceutical Testing Instruments
STNY-108 pesticide freeze-thaw stability tester is designed and manufactured according to the specifications of NYT 2989-2016 pesticide registration products. For the freeze-thaw stability test of microencapsulated liquid formulations, imported components are used for the compressor, heating section, and power control section, ensuring high quality and performance. The temperature difference at each point inside the freeze-thaw box during full load operation shall not exceed 1 ℃. Automatic control, real-time dynamic display of data curves, automatic storage of experimental data, and automatic recovery function for unexpected termination of experiments.
Microcapsule liquid formulations should undergo freeze-thaw stability tests. The purpose of the experiment is to ensure the integrity of the capsule when the temperature changes, in order to ensure the complete release of the active ingredient. The conditions for the freeze-thaw stability test are to perform 4 cycles between (-10 ± 2) ℃ and (20 ± 2) ℃, with each cycle lasting 18 hours of freezing and 6 hours of melting.
